Overall Review: The software bundle that is included allows you to get the most from the Blu-ray media as a storage device. Skip the headache and buy the LG external! The equipment was returned to Newegg (thanks!) and the LG was ordered. I spent way to much time trying to get this setup to work. This setup worked fine for reading discs but I never could get it to burn anything. My first attempt to go to Blu-ray was with a LiteOn internal drive mounted in a external USB / SATA enclosure. I like it!Ĭons: The price is a little high but I feel it is worth it if you need an external Blu-ray drive. The speed of burning DVDs and Blu-ray is VERY good.
